Qualification: CA / CWA/ M. Com

Responsibilities:

- Lead and provide oversight for all management and administrative functions for smooth delivery of Rane Business Services (dedicated organization supporting Rane Group companies with respect to various operations)

- Define and manage Service Levels Agreements as well as associated governance and project management

- Responsible for management of all Shared Services Centre (SSC) related contract and vendor relationship

- Ensure effective interlock with key business leaders and continuously share progress on SSC Operations

- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning, including training on automation technologies

Desired Educational and Experience Profile:

- 15+ years of total experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP HANA, accounting knowledge of all segments with financial controls and compliance standards

- Exposure to IT Applications Workflow solutions, Microsoft, Visio, Project Management systems

- Proven track record of successfully managing interfaces to other functions

- Recognized expertise in cross-functional process development

- Strong track record of innovation, creativity, problem solving & productivity in projects

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent communication, presentation skills

- Strong customer orientation
