Qualification & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, SAP, Salesforce) are a strong plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business systems management, IT project management, or enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in system integration, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
