Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As a Global Category Manager for Logistic Services, you will be responsible for defining and deploying global spend category strategies, SC roadmap, and Project Procurement strategies within the Logistic Services domain. Your role will involve conducting market observations and studies to drive conclusions that enhance Company strategies and decision-making processes. You will lead the source-to-contract process for your area of responsibility, including tender preparation, execution, negotiation, and contracting. Active management of supplier relationships and contracts to maximize Procurement value contribution will be a key focus. Ensuring compliance with Procurement Policy, methods, and standards within your area of responsibility will also fall under your purview. Additionally, you will be tasked with Demand Owner and Stakeholder Management and contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of methods and processes. Your role will also involve contributing to financial planning processes within your area of responsibility.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Define and deploy global spend category strategies, SC roadmap, and Project Procurement strategies within Logistic Services
    - Conduct market observations and studies to enhance Company strategies and decision-making
    - Lead the source-to-contract process including tender preparation, execution, negotiation, and contracting
    - Actively manage supplier relationships and contracts to maximize Procurement value contribution
    - Ensure compliance with Procurement Policy, methods, and standards
    - Manage Demand Owners and Stakeholders within your area of responsibility
    - Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of methods and processes
    - Assist in financial planning processes such as ABP and Forecasts within your area of responsibility
    Qualifications Required:
    - Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant major
    - 3-5 years of work experience in relevant industries with proven track record in Procurement or Logistic Services
    - Professional Procurement expertise with experience in global spend category management and project management
    - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    - Cross-functional and international experience are advantageous

    - Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, e-tendering, S2C/P2P processes
    - Fluent in English, German language skills are beneficial
