Who Are We
Raptee Energy is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview
Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Management Intern to support our Mechanical R&D team. In this role, youll help streamline development workflows, track project milestones, and ensure smooth coordination across engineering, testing, and supply chain teams. Its a great opportunity to understand how complex hardware products are developed and brought to life, from concept to validation.
What Youll Do

• Assist in planning and tracking R&D project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Testing, Procurement) to ensure alignment and progress.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and dashboards to support project tracking and reporting.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and flag them early for resolution.
• Support the implementation of project management tools and best practices.
  

Who Can Apply

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with interest in project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Excel, Jira, Trello, or Notion.
