Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
RAKEZ is looking to appoint a Strategic Lead Generation Outreach Specialist to support its global investment attraction and FDI growth strategy. This is a high-impact, research-driven role focused on identifying, qualifying, and engaging international investors and corporates across priority markets and sectors. If you are analytical, digitally savvy, and passionate about business research and international market outreach this role offers exceptional exposure to global investment promotion and economic development.
You will play a key role in building a high-quality international investment pipeline through structured desk research, digital outreach, and CRM-driven lead management. You will work closely with Country Managers, Business Development, Strategy, and Marketing Teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified investor leads aligned with RAKEZ's strategic sectors.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute structured, desk-based lead generation and market research across global priority markets.
- Identify and qualify B2B investors, SMEs, and large enterprises using online databases, business directories, and digital tools.
- Conduct deep-dive company research on expansion plans, decision-makers, and investment readiness.
- Drive first-level digital outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and CRM platforms.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Country Managers.
- Track pipeline performance, outreach KPIs, and lead conversion metrics.
- Maintain accurate and real-time data in CRM systems.
- Generate market intelligence and competitive insights to support BD strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Strategy teams on digital campaigns and sector targeting.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in B2B lead generation, market research, business intelligence, or sales support.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent desk-based research, data analysis, and prospect qualification skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and structured thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage.
- Exposure to free zones, investment promotion, or economic development is a strong plus.
