Its product, Rasta.AI, leverages Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and 360° imaging technology to improve road infrastructure monitoring, automate road surveys, and enable data-driven maintenance.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day people management in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Support payroll data preparation and HR reporting.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, policies, and other documents.
• Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• What Youll Work On

Youll get hands-on exposure to the complete HR lifecycle—from talent sourcing and screening to onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, attendance, HR operations, performance tracking, and exit processes.

Youll also work closely with hiring managers and leadership on recruitment, interview coordination, candidate communication, HR documentation, employee queries, policy implementation, and team culture initiatives.

As a startup, your responsibilities wont be limited to a fixed checklist. Sometimes youll support recruitment, sometimes employee engagement, sometimes documentation or business coordination.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Pursuing or completed an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
