Junior Tax Officer

What role you will play in team: You will support our existing team, learning the intricacies of our tax operations and gaining vital experience in the sector.

What you will do: Your role will involve assisting with tax document preparation, data entry and handling basic tax-related queries.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in preparing tax-related documents and reports.
• Handle data entry tasks related to tax information.
• Maintain accurate and updated tax records.
• Answer basic tax-related queries from internal stakeholders.
• Support the tax team in day-to-day operations.
  
• Learn the company's tax processes and compliance procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Indian tax laws.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
