Procurement And BOQ Specialist

One of our clients is looking for an experienced Procurement & BOQ Specialist to join its team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong technical expertise in luxury villa renovation, fit-out, joinery, and premium building materials. You'll be responsible for managing procurement, preparing BOQs, reviewing drawings, sourcing quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

• Review architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers across the UAE.
• Evaluate materials, quotations, and technical compliance.
• Manage procurement documentation, RFQs, LPOs, and supplier coordination.
• Support cost optimization and value engineering without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with designers, QS teams, contractors, and site engineers throughout the procurement process.
  

Requirements
check mark button 5+ years of UAE experience in luxury villa renovation, fit-out, joinery, or premium residential construction procurement.
check mark button Strong experience with BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
check mark button Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
check mark button Excellent knowledge of luxury building materials, finishes, sanitary ware, lighting, doors, hardware, and joinery.
check mark button Advanced MS Excel skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
check mark button Strong supplier network within the UAE is highly preferred.
check mark button UAE driving license is an advantage.
