Role Description The HR Executive (Real Estate) will manage end-to-end HR activities for real estate clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies. This full-time role is based on-site in Noida, where the HR Executive will handle recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and support performance management processes. Daily responsibilities include addressing employee queries, supporting employee engagement initiatives, coordinating training programs, and ensuring HR documentation and policies are up to date. The role also involves working closely with business leaders to understand staffing needs, streamline HR processes, and foster positive employee relations within the real estate domain.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources, including Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills suitable for a real estate environment.
• Experience in HR Operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS or related systems.
• Ability to manage Employee Relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and employee engagement activities.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including statutory requirements and company policy implementation.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector or consulting environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with HR software and digital tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
