Job Description

Job scope:

1. Handle the employees life cycle management (Hire to Retire).

2. Administer HR processes, such as onboarding, employee data management, and benefits enrollment, etc.

3. Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures.

4. Work closely with the local HR team and proactively contribut to improvements within the department.

5. Provide first-level support to employees on HR-related queries, such as ER cases and PIP cases.

6. Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks, such as preparing and maintaining personnel files, processing employee changes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor&aposs degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field.

2. At least 3 years of experience in HR Operation manager level roles.

3. Strong knowledge and experience in human resources management, familiar with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate and communicate effectively with individuals at different levels and backgrounds.

5. Strategic thinking and business acumen, able to align human resources strategies with company business objectives.

6. Proficient in using HR systems and office software.
