Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to handle end-to-end treasury activities including cash flow management, banking operations, fund deployment, import payments, channel financing, and discounting. The role requires hands-on experience in IDMPS, EPDMS, and FD scheduling, with strong coordination across banks and internal teams to ensure efficient liquidity and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, fund transfers, and cash flow forecasting.
• Handle FD scheduling, renewals, and maturity tracking for multiple banking partners.
• Oversee import payments, LC/BG documentation, and EPDMS compliance.
• Manage channel financing and bill discounting programs with banks/NBFCs.
• Coordinate with banks for fund management, documentation, and limit renewals.
• Monitor short-term investments and ensure optimal fund utilization.
• Prepare MIS on cash flow, investments, and financing utilization.
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and audit requirements.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Treasury Systems (IDMPS, EPDMS) and banking operations.
• Expertise in cash flow management, import payments, and channel financing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and banking portals.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / M.Com / B.Com (Finance specialization preferred).
• Experience: 714 years in Treasury or Banking Operations.
• Industry Preference: Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG.
