Job Description
As a RealPage Knock Product Manager, you will help create, maintain, and grow our multifamily SaaS product offerings and integration capabilities. This position will report to a leader at director level or above.
What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmap.
- Understand market needs and competitive position.
- Interact with customers and other stakeholders.
- Review and approve specifications.
- Review and approve training materials and release notes.
- Develop subject-matter expertise for one or more product component areas.
- Conduct customer workshops, demonstrate new and/or enhanced products.
- Research and recommend product pricing as needed.
- Create and/or maintain product profitability, as needed.
- Work across products and lines of business to launch new products and features.
- Facilitate new product or feature market launch, as needed.
- Create and drive domain area strategy, priorities, and quality.
- Define project objectives in accordance with client and business needs.
- Define project ROI, business value and success metrics for the feature/capability.
- Define epic-level scope and minimum product viable for market launch.
- Define milestone dates and drive roll out, as needed.

- Create Idea/Epic/User Stories & prioritize them within area of subject-matter expertise and contribute to UI design.
- Post graduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis and, product management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio and/or user interface design tools.
- Familiarity with various development methodologies including Agile procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven record of communicating with individuals at all levels.
- Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Must be willing to flex schedule as required to meet customer, global team, and release management requirements.
