We are looking for a suitable candidate for a Core leadership role who should be business oriented, revenue-focused leader and will own the business growth parameters in terms of activation and revenue of Online Stock Broking and wealth products. The candidate will also need to work cross-functionally to redefine customer experience and discover new opportunities for hyper growth of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving business parameters including activation, AUM, ARPU and revenues for both direct and B2B business from broking and wealth products in a pure online manner
• Building and managing both Sales and sales support teams
• Responsible for customer experience
• Devising strategies for revenue generation in new products
• Guide technology and marketing teams for bringing in efficiency in processes and marketing efforts.
• Leading a hypergrowth business plan for exponential business growth
• Hands on with data analytics and competition mapping for giving a right direction to business efforts
• The candidate would be responsible for product designing and ownership.

Requirements

• MBA from a premiere institute
• Min of 15 years of experience in Online stock broking or a discount brokerage business
• Experience in running a pure online business model with minimal on-ground support
• Experience in managing large size sales oriented contact centers
