About the role
Are you passionate about driving growth through inventive IT & D initiatives Reckitt is seeking an exceptional IT & D Business Analyst to bring a fresh perspective and boost our change momentum. In this vibrant role, youll create business strategies, build improved efficiency models, and have the opportunity to directly influence our success. Your insights will be pivotal in steering our direction, with each monthly report crafting the story of our journey. Your responsibilities
- . Strong business domain knowledge basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, architecture standards
- . Desired: familiarity with IT standards and controls
- . You will be working with: Product Team, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, Solution Architects and Platform Team Members
- . Elaborate, analyse, document, and test product requirements (e.g., features, user stories)
- . Utilize IT operating model framework to facilitate planning, alignment, demand & change management
- . Work as a SME of the tool and manage stakeholders in different countries on Global Sales Solutions
- . Understand business requirements, managed enhancements and drives change management activities
- . Be responsible for implementing, monitor, review Sales Excellence tools
- . Manage requests, escalations and provide inputs as needed to assigned countries
- . Prepare and deliver product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams
- . Design of business scenarios, process flows, and use cases to maximise product adoption/value
- . Identify relevant security and compliance requirements that need to be adhered to as part of product development
The experience were looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a regulated industry (financial services, insurance, or similar)
- . Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen, familiar with IT standards and controls
- . Experience writing user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment
- . Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities/risks they present to the business domain
- . Experience in analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
- . Basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards
- . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex regulatory language
- . Understanding of Design System principals
- . Strong understanding of requirements elicitation and management techniques
- . Competent user of requirements management tools
