- Solid grounding in HR analysis, with a talent for interpreting complex data confidently. - Advanced proficiency with Excel and other analytical software tools. - A detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and integrity in data handling. - Clear, engaging communication skills, able to translate data into compelling stories for varied audiences. - A continuous learner mindset, keeping abreast of HR analytics advancements to drive reporting capabilities.
