Job Description

As a Catalog Executive, your main responsibilities will include managing the website by updating and maintaining catalogs, ensuring that all new product details and photos are accurately updated, and changing widgets and website flash content to enhance the appeal and user-friendliness of the web pages. You will also be required to coordinate with various departments and guests for online purchases.

In the role of an E-Commerce Coordinator/Executive, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings, uploading high-quality images, and planning and executing advertising campaigns to boost sales and visibility. Meeting sales targets, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with the marketing and design teams to ensure compelling product descriptions and images are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will monitor seller accounts on E-platforms, resolve listing issues, oversee shipment tracking and inventory management, and handle inquiries from pro-sellers.
To excel in this position, you should possess experience with E-Commerce platforms, strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends, proficiency in soft skills for reporting and data management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of digital marketing. An interest in the gaming industry and familiarity with PlayStations and other consoles will be considered an added advantage. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of experience, is required.

This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work location is in person.
