Job Description
Qualifications:
- Masters in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 10+ years of HR experience, including 6+ years as a business partner in high-growth environments.
- Strong background in the financial services domain.
- Experience in managing technology hiring and talent acquisition.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business heads to plan org/team structures and manpower requirements
- Drive performance management cycle - goal setting, reviews, feedback, and development planning. 100% completion of goal-setting and performance review cycles
- Identify and support high-potential talent and succession needs

- Partner with L&D team to roll out relevant training and capability building programs. Track Post-training effectiveness scores and application at work
- Drive employee engagement, communication, and recognition initiatives
- Ensure smooth HR operations (track on-boarding, plan induction/orientation sessions, payroll inputs, policies, compliances)
- Support compensation and rewards processes in coordination with the central team
- Act as a people advisor to leaders and employees - provide practical solutions on workplace issues
- Help manage change and new initiatives in the corporate teams
