Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Influencer Marketing Executive. As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will support the Campaign Management team in executing influencer campaigns. You will assist in coordinating with influencers, managing day-to-day communication, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. This role is ideal for freshers or early-stage professionals looking to build a career in influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Assist in identifying and onboarding relevant influencers for brand campaigns
• Support in outreach and communication with influencers (via email, DMs, etc.)
• Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of content
• Help manage campaign trackers, databases, and reports
• Assist in briefing influencers and sharing campaign guidelines
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and flag any delays or issues
• Support in basic negotiations and follow-ups
• Maintain records of influencer data, performance, and campaign details
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

 Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in influencer marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in influencer marketing
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
• Bachelors degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred
