Job Description
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram LinkedIn (reels, snippets, story formats)
- Add hooks, pacing, captions, jump cuts, music the stuff that keeps people watching
- Use AI tools to speed up edits, generate ideas, improve workflows
- Experiment with formats, trends, and transitions (and know when notto overdo them)
- Work closely with the social media team to shape how our content looks and feels
- Occasionally help repurpose long videos into multiple short edits
What we're looking for:
- you're comfortable with CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / Canva
- You understand short-form internet attention spans
- You know how to make a video feel tighteven with basic footage
- you're curious about AI in editing (subtitles, hooks, repurposing, speed)
- You can take feedback and iterate quickly
- Bonus if you already edit reels, YouTube shorts, or content for creators/brands
