Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) – Agentic & Generative AI

• Design and implement an AI roadmap for the organization, identifying high-impact automation opportunities

• Build and deploy agentic AI systems for:

– Social listening, trend detection, and virality decoding

– Content generation (ads, social, PDPs, blogs, SEO)

– Paid ads optimization and fatigue detection

– Data analytics and insight generation

– Customer sentiment and feedback analysis

• Create workflows that integrate AI into daily operations across teams

• Evaluate, onboard, and manage external AI tools, vendors, and partners

• Work with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and scalability

• Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools and frameworks

• Train and enable internal teams to effectively use AI systems

• A fully integrated AI-driven content engine

• Automated social listening and trend analysis systems

• Performance marketing optimization agents

• SEO and organic growth engines

• Internal dashboards for real-time insights and decision-making

• AI-assisted product and UX optimization frameworks

• 3–8 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, or AI-focused roles

• Strong understanding of Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, or automation platforms

• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (AutoGPT, LangChain, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to think both strategically and execute hands-on

• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills

• Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or digital marketing is highly preferred

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from scratch
