International Business Development Manager

The International Business Development Manager supports Refine's international market expansion through the acquisition, onboarding and ongoing management of overseas real estate agencies. The role also ensures continuity at international events, meetings and roadshows, ensuring consistent representation across the international events calendar

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard overseas real estate agencies and brokerage partners to grow Refine's international channel network.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international agencies and brokerage partners across Refine's target markets.
• Deliver product knowledge, pricing updates and sales training to partner agency teams to ensure consistent, accurate representation of Refine's portfolio.
• Conduct country-level market analysis to align project positioning with investor demand and identify new expansion opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate international roadshows, exhibitions and investor events, managing agency participation and client outreach.
• Represent Refine at international events, meetings and roadshows when required, maintaining continuity of relationships and standards.
• Support the full sales lifecycle for international leads, including negotiation, payment structuring and closing, in coordination with the sales team.
• Monitor agency performance and engagement, addressing gaps in productivity, compliance or brand alignment.
• Maintain accurate records of agency agreements, activity and pipeline in Refine's CRM, and report on international channel performance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in international business development.
• Strong international market knowledge and existing market exposure.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or business development, with exposure to international markets and agency networks.
• Established network of international real estate agencies and brokerage contacts.
• Given the frequency of international travel this role requires, candidates must hold a passport providing visa-free or simplified entry to the UK and the European Union (such as a UK or EU passport), or equivalent travel authorisation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable delivering training and pitching to agency teams and investors.
• Sound negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with experience managing a sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including at short notice.

Preferred

• Experience with branded residences or off-plan real estate developments.
• Existing relationships within Refine's priority expansion markets, including Europe, the UK, Australia and Southeast Asia.
• Additional European language skills.
