Job Description

    Role Overview:
    At Regus, as a Community Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Regus centre, increasing sales and revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your role involves motivating your team to create a great working environment for customers to enjoy the benefits of flexible working.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Manage the day to day running of the centre, focusing on exceptional customer service
    - Inspire your team of associates, developing their skills to get the best from each team member
    - Promote your centre to new customers and demonstrate how flexible workspace could enhance their business
    - Generate leads by delivering engaging networking events within your community
    Qualifications Required:
    - Experience and aptitude to manage a smooth running operation
    - Accomplished multitasker, able to pre-empt issues and keep the team motivated
    - Good communicator with customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or events industry
    - Confident, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with customers

    - Effective manager, leading by example, motivating and inspiring the team
    - Ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions
    - Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
