Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cannanore, offering flexibility for partial remote work. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transport. You will provide expert travel consultations, tailor travel packages to meet client needs, handle reservations, and ensure top-tier customer service. Additionally, you will manage client relationships and assist with resolving travel issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel packages
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and handling reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing client needs effectively
