Hiring For Recruitment Specialist For BFSI Domain

• We are looking for the candidates who has good knowledge into BFSI Hiring.
• Location- Noida, Gurgoan, Hyderabad & Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a large number of positions within the Insurance sectors, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Sourcing & Talent Pool Development: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job portals, social media, and networking, to identify and attract candidates with relevant experience in Life/Health Insurance, Broking, NBFC's-Lending.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and interest in the roles, and coordinate further interview stages with hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in volume recruitment, specifically within the NBFC and Insurance sectors. Avoid candidates having experience in hiring for Banks/ Small Finance Banks
• Education: Any graduate
• CTC - 4.5 Lpa
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the Insurance sectors hiring, well versed with all the Broking, NBFC & Insurance Hiring
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
