Sales Director New GCC Acquisition
Pune (Balewadi)
US Shift (5 PM IST onwards)
We are looking for a pure hunter who can acquire net-new clients and drive greenfield GCC setup opportunities in India. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on opening doors with US HQ stakeholders and closing strategic GCC deals (BOT / Captive / ODC).
If your strength is account farming or staffing sales, this role is not for you.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Acquire net-new US enterprise logos for GCC setup in India
- Drive greenfield GCC opportunities from prospecting to closure
- Engage directly with US-based CIOs, CTOs, Global Engineering Heads, and Procurement
- Sell BOT, Captive, ODC, and Managed Services models
- Own the complete sales cycle lead generation, solution positioning, commercial structuring, negotiation, and closure
- Build and manage a strong US enterprise pipeline
- Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to structure scalable GCC operating models
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of IT / Engineering services sales experience
- Proven track record of closing net-new global enterprise logos

- Strong exposure to BOT and ODC models
- Demonstrated ability to close multi-million-dollar, multi-year deals
- Majority sales exposure to US enterprises
- Strong individual contributor mindset with direct revenue ownership
- Comfortable working US hours and traveling onsite when required
Strong Advantage If You Have:
- Closed greenfield India GCC setups
- Managed BOT-to-captive transitions
- Existing relationships with US enterprise CXOs
- Active US Visa
