Programme Manager SAP, Supply Chain & Data
Experience:
- 8 - 12 years' experience managing enterprise-scale SAP and Supply Chain transformation programmes end to end.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA / ECC implementations, rollouts or transformations.
- Proven experience managing 10+ concurrent workstreams across business, technology, data and operations.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, transportation and manufacturing.
- Experience across at least two of: SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM/WMS, SAP TM/TMS, Supply Chain Planning, BI/Reporting.
- Proven experience managing UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare for SAP programmes.
- Experience establishing programme governance, including RAID, integrated plans, dependency tracking, SteerCo and executive reporting.
- Strong CXO / SteerCo stakeholder management and decision-making experience.
- Experience managing SAP System Integrators, vendors, budgets and commercials.
Skills:
- Strong SAP programme delivery and understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle / SAP Activate.
- Strong Supply Chain process mapping and transformation capability.
- Data analysis and interpretation, using data to identify trends, issues, opportunities and improvement areas.
- Experience defining, creating and monitoring business and operational KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.
- Strong data visualisation and reporting skills, with the ability to convert complex data into clear insights for business and executive stakeholders.

- Experience with BI / analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar is desirable.
- Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.
- Strong risk, dependency, change and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially strong with experience in business cases, benefits, resourcing and prioritisation.
Preferred:
- SAP S/4HANA + EWM/TM experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail (Staples), logistics or distribution.
- Experience leading global / multi-country SAP rollouts.
- Experience building executive dashboards and KPI frameworks for Supply Chain performance
