Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality assurance & control of electrical equipment and systems supplied by vendors (panels, switchgear, transformers, cables, protection systems, instrumentation, etc.)
• Conduct supplier audits, inspections, and surveillance at manufacturing facilities
• Review and approve quality plans, inspection & test plans (ITP), QAPs, and technical documentation
• Perform electrical testing to ensure compliance with performance, safety, and reliability requirements
• Drive root cause analysis and implement CAPA for supplier and factory quality issues
• Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, IS, UL standards and internal quality requirements

• Support internal and external quality audits and third-party inspections
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs, and compliance documentation
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and supplier quality teams
