- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for supporting the acquisition lead in program management for all customer care related activities. Your role will involve cross-functional coordination, monitoring and maintaining plan versus actual progress, providing operational analytics to key stakeholders for necessary action, sharing progress updates and gap analysis, as well as supporting in escalation management if required.
