Job Description
- Proven track record in life insurance sales, branch management, or sales training

- BM Enablement Support
- Coach on conducting impactful BOPs, customer meets, and community outreach activities
- Provide best-practice playbooks for recruitment, activation, and retention of field force
- Support BMs in executing branch-level marketing initiatives (health camps, advisor meets, etc.).
- Capability Building
- Guide BMs on building their ARDM, EIM, and CDA pipelines and improving activation
- Ensure timely completion of all BM onboarding modules and branch induction milestones
- Deliver micro-coaching sessions on recruitment logic, advisor engagement, and product pitching.
- Facilitate role-play simulations for objection handling and high-stakes customer/ advisor meetings
- Performance Tracking & Governance
- Conduct structured daily virtual connects with each new BM as per defined sales and recruitment outputs
- Track BM input and output metrics on recruitment and sales funnel
- Flag performance red zones early and coordinate interventions with RM/ZM.
- Maintain detailed logs, observations, and weekly progress summaries
- Sales and Recruitment activation of new BM
- Branch Performance on input and output parameters
- Recruitment and activation from network prospects of new BM
- Branch Funnel Hygiene on business and recruitment
- 8+ years of experience in life insurance branch management, sales leadership, or training
- Prior role as Branch Manager, Agency Manager, or Sales Trainer preferred
- Graduate (minimum); certifications in insurance or sales training are an advantage.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language skills required as per region)
Branch Success Coach (BSC)

Role Overview
The Business Success Coach (BSC) will coach and enable newly recruited Branch Managers (BMs) throughout their critical onboarding and early performance period (first 180 days). The BSC will work with 5-10 BMs on an ongoing basis. He/ She will as a dedicated single point of contact for each new BMdriving performance, and instilling a culture of accountability, activity focus, and execution discipline. The role requires balancing hands-on enablement with rigorous governance to ensure each BM achieves targeted recruitment, activation, and sales milestones.
