Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment activities. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates across various roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates through multiple channels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with ongoing hiring requirements
- Performance-linked stipend
- Paid based on the number of candidates successfully joined
- Stipend range: 0- 8,000
