Role Description This is a full-time, on-site retail role based in Jaipur. The role involves assisting customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays and inventory on shelves, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the store team to ensure availability of key items. The role also requires handling customer queries and concerns, processing sales transactions accurately, and following store policies and procedures. Team members are expected to uphold high standards of customer service, support daily store operations, and contribute to sales and customer satisfaction targets.

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills to explain features, benefits, and options clearly.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
