Taxation Specialist - Corporate Tax

What role you will play in team: Support the company's tax function by ensuring compliance with all relevant corporate tax laws and regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Preparing and filing corporate income tax returns.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant corporate tax laws and regulations.

• Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Monitoring changes in corporate tax legislation and updating internal policies accordingly.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/CS with 2-4 years of experience in corporate tax.
• Thorough knowledge of Indian Income Tax Act and related regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.
