Chief Executive Officer - Manufacturing

Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Founder-Chairman and working closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership across both business divisions: Landscaping Products and Precast Concrete Systems.
The primary mandate is to scale the new infrastructure division to market leadership, accelerate commercial excellence, and build robust organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the growth roadmap for both the Landscaping and Precast divisions to build long-term value.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee multi-location manufacturing facilities across Shoolagiri, Harohalli, and Hubballi, ensuring high efficiency and scale.
3. Commercial Strategy:
- Drive business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, and sales initiatives across national and international markets.
4. Capability Building:
- Strengthen corporate governance, institutionalize processes, and build a high-performing leadership pipeline.
Candidate Profile:
1. Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of proven leadership experience in the manufacturing sector, ideally within building materials, precast, or allied heavy industries.
2. Track Record:
- Proven success in scaling business operations, handling large expansions, and driving P&L ownership.
3. Attributes:
- A blend of strategic vision and operational agility with excellent stakeholder management skills.
