- As an Area Sales Manager/Area Head/Sr Area Head at RenewBuy in Cochin, you will be an integral part of a rapidly growing Insure-Tech company that is revolutionizing the insurance industry through digitization. With a focus on Motor, Health, and Life Insurance, RenewBuy is poised to achieve a 2000 Cr annualized business target with a dedicated team of over 2500 employees across 50+ cities.
RenewBuy recently secured a significant investment of USD 40 million from Dai-ichi Life Holdings Inc., a leading Japanese insurance major. The company aims to expand its presence to 1000+ locations nationwide and increase its agent base to 2 lac on the platform.
Your role at RenewBuy offers an amazing opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, intellectual courage, and hard work. By promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell life insurance policies directly to prospective clients
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products accordingly
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Meet and surpass sales objectives to contribute to organizational growth
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services, with a focus on life insurance sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and address their needs

- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and nurture long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a drive to work independently, set and achieve goals in a competitive sales environment
- Uphold high ethical standards, maintain client confidentiality, and adhere to regulatory guidelines
- Familiarity with various life insurance policies, underwriting principles, and risk assessment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools
