Job Description
- You will be responsible for managing talent acquisition (80%) and HR operations (20%) for our Kolkata zone. As a Zonal HR professional at RenewBuy.com, your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective recruitment solutions.
HR Operations:
- Provide HR support to employees, including query resolution and policy implementation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.
- Support performance management and development processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualification Required:

- 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Experience working in an insurance industry.
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in HR/Management or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,
