Job Description
- As a Zonal HR professional at RenewBuy.com in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in managing talent acquisition and HR operations for the Kolkata zone. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, encompassing 80% of your responsibilities, where you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and providing consultative recruitment solutions will be key to your success. Additionally, you will collaborate with external recruitment agencies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely and cost-effective recruitment solutions.
In the realm of HR operations, which will account for 20% of your role, you will provide essential HR support to employees by addressing queries and implementing policies. Your duties will also involve maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance and leave management, conducting employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions, supporting performance management and development processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

To excel in this position, you should have at least 4 years of HR experience, with a specific focus on talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably within the insurance industry. A degree in HR/Management or a related field is required, along with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
