Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build campaigns and posts that perform: Work with different stakeholders across the org - founders, engineering, product, sales - to create high-performing LinkedIn campaigns and standalone posts across formats (video, text, carousel, etc).
- Analyze, learn, optimize: Continuously break down whats working and what isnt across our posts. Study what the best creators on LinkedIn are doing, pull out the patterns, and bring those learnings back into our own content.
- Run the content pipeline: Build and calendarize a steady flow of posts so were never scrambling - and so momentum compounds over time.
- Build AI workflows: Find the parts of the job that should be automated and automate them. The goal is to free up more time for thinking, taste, and the 10% that actually needs a human.
- Grow into strategy: As you build context about our audience and market over the first few weeks, youll start contributing to bigger campaign bets and eventually owning parts of how we show up in the DevGTM space.
