Account Supervisor - Digital

Required Experience: 3-5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• 
  Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
• Strategy Development: Work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with their goals.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, analytics) to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns.
• Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to clients on a regular basis, recommending optimization strategies where necessary.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and troubleshoot any challenges related to campaign delivery, client satisfaction, or team collaboration.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or recommending new channels/strategies to drive client success and agency growth.
• Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to agreed spending limits.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: In a client servicing or account management role within a digital advertising agency.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising, display, video, and programmatic advertising).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information to clients and stakeholders
