Job Description

Resolute is a fast-growing email marketing agency based in Hyderabad, working with US-based clients. We help brands improve customer retention, campaign performance, and long-term growth through high-quality email marketing execution and strong client partnerships.

As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and support clients through onboarding and ongoing operations.

What Were Looking For

  • Prior experience of 36 years in Customer Success / Account Management / Client Services roles
  • Strong exposure to client-facing environments, preferably in an agency or marketing services setup
  • Experience in Email Marketing is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in the US shift
  • MBA or any graduation with relevant client-facing experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-growing team

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Own client onboarding and transition into BAU operations
  • Identify client pain points and drive resolutions with internal teams
  • Manage multiple client projects while ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Collect customer feedback and improve service delivery continuously
  • Communicate service value clearly to support renewals and retention
  • Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams for smooth execution
  • Ensure every customer feels supported and set up for success
