We're Hiring: National Sales Manager - Nephrology
Experience: Looking for a dynamic individual with a solid background in the anti-infective segment and critical care.
Education: BSc, MBA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the nephrology segment
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve set targets
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and other teams to ensure alignment and success
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of the anti-infective segment and critical care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results
- BS/MBA in a relevant field
