Senior Manager GST Division

Our Client holds 25 years of hard-core and committed experience in the areas of Transaction Advisory Services, RERA And Real Estate Advisory, Property Documentation and Conveyance, Legal Consultancy on all Property matters, Stamp Duty, Registration and Adjudication Consultancy, Taxation Advisory, GST and Indirect Tax Advisory, Company Law matters including Amalgamation, Mergers and other related matters focusing in the state of Maharashtra.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Client engagement- respond and resolve within time, Ensure deliverables (technical and non-technical) execution,

2. Responsible for coordination and compliances of taxation clients.

3. Good technical skills, Expertise in Indirect Taxation that includes Compliance, Advisory and Departmental representation/Litigation

4. Working knowledge & extensive practical exposure of Indirect Taxation that includes Service Tax, VAT and other state taxes and extensive knowledge of GST.

5. Ability to apply expertise in a consultative role, Superior Team/ client Handling abilities, Team worker,

6. Good Writing/Communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Worked in Indirect tax with exclusive handling of compliance, including advisory, departmental scrutiny/ Notices, Assessments etc.
