Taxation Analyst - Transfer Pricing

What role you will play in team: You will be a crucial member of the transfer pricing team, performing detailed analyses to ensure compliance with international tax regulations.

What you will do: You will conduct transfer pricing studies, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with the arm's length principle.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct transfer pricing studies for various transactions.
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation (Country-by-Country Reporting).
• Analyze comparables and benchmark data to support transfer pricing positions.
• Stay updated on the latest transfer pricing regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on transfer pricing matters.
• Assist in resolving any transfer pricing disputes with tax authorities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) with 1-2 years of experience in transfer pricing.
• Knowledge of OECD guidelines and Indian transfer pricing rules.
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
