Taxation Specialist - Transfer Pricing

What role you will play in team: You will be a key player in our transfer pricing team, contributing to the preparation of documentation and analysis for multinational clients.

What you will do: Conduct research on comparable company data and analyze intercompany transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for various intercompany transactions.
• Analysis of comparable company data and benchmarking studies.
• Researching and interpreting relevant transfer pricing regulations.
• Assisting in tax audits and inspections related to transfer pricing.
• Staying abreast of changes in transfer pricing legislation and best practices.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/MBA with specialization in finance or taxation preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in transfer pricing.
• Strong understanding of OECD guidelines and Indian transfer pricing regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
