Hiring For 'Office Assistant" in our corporate office at Mumbai,Fort location

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customer, internal teams and prepare quotation, send to customer and maintain record of the same.
  • Take follow up regarding submitted quotation, give us best possible discount an asked to customer for purchase order.
  • Take follow up for dispatch, share dispatch details to customer.
  • Send daily / weekly / monthly sales summery to concern person.
  • Follow with the dealer and distributor.
  • Send Product Specifications to the client.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 year experience in Coordination, Operations
  • Working on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel )
  • Female candidates will be preferable
  • Good Communication (English) skills, both verbal and written
