Investment Banking Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: Support senior bankers in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions.

What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, prepare presentations, and assist in deal execution.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis of target companies.
• Prepare marketing materials, client presentations, and internal memos.
• Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation and regulatory filings.
• Conduct industry and market research to identify potential deal opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful execution of transactions.
• Manage client relationships (with support from senior bankers).

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in investment banking or a related field (preferred).
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Bloomberg Terminal).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
