Key Responsibilities:

A. BTL Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted on-ground activations, roadshows, mall events, and customer engagement campaigns to drive leads and footfall.

B. Event Management: Organize impactful product launches, test ride events, and localized dealer activations, ensuring high ROI.

C. Vendor Coordination: Manage vendors and agencies for campaign production, event logistics, and timely execution within budgets.

D. Dealer Collaboration: Partner with dealerships to align on regional marketing strategies and boost retail performance.

E. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

F. Customer Focus: Develop experiential marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

G. Travel & Flexibility: Ability to execute events across geographies with regular travel.

Qualifications:

a.Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

b. Proven experience in BTL, trade marketing, or field marketing roles.

c. Strong project management and organizational skills.

d. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

e. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

f. Strong analytical skills and ability to assess campaign effectiveness.

g. Willingness to travel frequently for on-ground activations.
