Hiring: General Manager Sales Orthopaedics
We are looking for an experienced General Manager Sales to lead the sales function for the Orthopaedics segment with a leading pharmaceutical organization.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1525 Years
Work Mode: Full-time / On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the Ortho sales team to achieve and exceed business targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for business growth
- Build and strengthen relationships with key doctors, hospitals, distributors and customers
- Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities
- Lead, mentor and develop the sales team
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activity
- Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve productivity and revenue
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
- Travel as required to manage markets and key stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
- 15-25 years of overall experience in Pharma Sales
- Strong experience in Orthopaedics / Ortho therapy is preferred
- Experience in Branded Generics / Domestic Formulations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong experience in sales team leadership and field-force management
- Excellent doctor, distributor and key-account management skills
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as required
