Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive Corporate HR initiatives across India and Emerging Markets. The role will partner with business leaders to manage key HR processes, talent initiatives, employee lifecycle activities, and organizational development while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Partner with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.
- Drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.

- Manage organizational design, manpower budgeting, and HR analytics/MIS.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and applicable labor laws.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for critical hiring across India and Emerging Markets.
- Drive HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
Preferred Background:
- 8-18 years of Corporate HR/HRBP experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Exposure to India and Emerging Markets.
- Strong stakeholder management, HR analytics, and business partnering skills.
- Experience in performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
