Job Description
- Develop Three Financial Statement Model from scratch- Develop Financial Model for various purposes Business Valuation, Capital Raise, M&A, Start-up business modelling, Private Equity Investments- Maintain and update the existing FP&A models- Tracking of business performance for portfolio companies and prepare the detailed report- Ability to perform extensive qualitative research on companies in various sectors- Ability to screen trading comps and transaction comps from various databases- Experience in financial modelling including experience building models from scratch in MS Excel- A graduate or post graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CA), CFA- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
