Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Effectively conceptualize, design, and execute all visuals to support Gympiks marketing efforts on digital and print media.
• Create social media graphics, digital campaign creatives, email banners, GIFs, videos, posters, and infographics as per the marketing calendar.
• Retouch, correct, and color-grade videos and graphic media.
• Assemble raw footage, digitally cut files, and create the final video as per the script with copywriters.
• Select, edit, and incorporate third-party content (stills, footage, music, graphics, etc.) as required.
  

Requirements

• Strong command of graphic design with advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Graduation Degree, diploma, or demonstrated experience in Visual Communication, Web Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, Video Editing, or a related field.
• Experience as a Visual Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar role.
• Design experience across digital assets including advertising, electronic newsletters, basic HTML, banners, video editing, social media, and digital media.

• Ability to understand product and brand strategy for creating a visual language.
• Familiarity with visual design processes such as mood boards, social media designs, email designs, print designs, and brand videos.
• Ability to deliver visual mock-ups in an iterative, agile environment.
• Strong eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to conceptualize and create visuals with copywriters with minimal supervision.
• Experience with digital marketing channels and social media is an added advantage.
• Ability to shoot videos using a camera, including knowledge of microphones, backdrops, audio editing, green screen, and video editing.
